Holy Week Scripture Readings

Next week is Holy Week, the week before Easter where we remember the events that led up to Jesus’ crucifixion and resurrection. During this week, we try to turn our attention more often to Jesus and His sacrifice for us.

Scripture readings in John
Our Lent guide included a 30 day Scripture reading guide in the book of John. Whether or not you’ve been reading along in John, use the suggested readings below to zoom in on Jesus arrest, trial and crucifixion during Holy Week.

  • Tuesday: Read John 18:15-27 (Peter's Denials)

  • Wednesday: Read John 18:28-40 (Jesus Before Pilate)

  • Friday: Read John 19:17-42 (Jesus Crucified and Buried)

Palm Sunday, 3/24

Join us for one of our three services at 8:30, 10:00 or 11:30 where we’ll be remembering how just one week before the resurrection, Jesus entered into Jerusalem to the cheers of a great crowd that would soon turn on Him and demand his crucifixion.

Good Friday Service, 7 pm

Join us for a special night of worship that reflects on Jesus sacrifice for us. Childcare is available for children 5 years of age and under.
